How to get older plans in jio after price hike?

 Get older JIO plans after the recent price hike.

After 6th December JIO along with major telecom providers had hiked the price by up to 40%, thankfully due to Tariff protection compliance imposed by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), users can get the chance to recharge with an older plan.

Highlights:

• Works with the users who are currently not active on any plan.
• Recharge can be done through the JIO website only.
• These similar kinds of Tariff protection are available on another telecom too but they are hard to find.

Customer of Reliance JIO that are not active on any plans can avail this benefit. To recall JIO on 6th december revise prices of existing plans and plans are now 40% hiked, although they said that user will get 300 percent benefit by their complimentary services. User can avail the existing plans thanks to Tariff protection.

Steps to follow:

• For getting the old prices user need to login to jio.com by any web browser.
• Once logged in, click on the setting icon which is located next to the box containing your jio number.
• There you will get an option of Tariff protection, click on it to get the older plans that have existed.
• Select any of the plans and proceed to recharge. 

You will see your existing plans only when you are not  active on any plans presently.Here i have active plans so i didn't got my old plans but this surely work. On TRAI instruction telecom provider must gave us an option to provide old plans for a minimum of 6 months, although other telecom are abiding to this but getting that is an ardous task.
